Guasha: Rubbing of the skin with a tool in order to release muscle tension, break up scar tissue, and increase blood circulation.
Cupping: Suction is created within a glass cup on the skin to release lactic acid at depth and increase circulation.
Topicals: Ointments and oils with herbs may be applied to your skin to accelerate the healing process.
