Here in New England we have surely earned summer this year. After seemingly endless rain, the sun and heat are finally back! Did you know that both weather and seasonality play important roles in Chinese Medicine? The season influences many lifestyle factors, including our sleep schedules and what we eat.
Summer is a time to be more active and spend more time outside. I'm going to take my own advice on this one, and take a little hiatus from blogging. I will still be in the office providing acupuncture treatments (currently Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, & Saturdays). But when not doing acupuncture, I'm going to attempt to spend less time at the computer and more time unplugged.
My free time goals are to:
1) spend more time in the garden
2) go for more walks
3) house projects (of course!)
4) and get to the beach :)
