What does this acupuncturist do for exercise?
Exercise looks different for everybody. It doesn’t have to take place in the gym, and it doesn’t have to be lifting weights or sweating on the elliptical. Some people like to ride their bike, garden and do yard work, go for walks, swim in the ocean, rock climb, play tennis, or join a softball league. It doesn’t matter what it looks like, the important thing is to stay active and move your body! Find what you enjoy, and do it!
This time of year I love to exercise in the great outdoors. I go for walks and short jogs, hike, and kayak. This past weekend I fought the wind paddling out to Wingaersheek Beach where I ate lunch, relaxed, and went for a walk. It was a rejuvenating mix of exercise, relaxation, and sunshine!
